If you are looking for a longer appointment (75 or 90 mins) soon and can't find one, I suggest you try searching for a 60 min as there are more of these available. I am only able to offer one longer appointment each day, and they can fill up quickly.

About Us

Equilibrium Pain Management Coaching & Massage Therapy is located in Ōwhiro Bay, Wellington. We are focused on delivering individualised, person-centred treatment for pain management, injury rehabilitation and mental wellbeing. Owned and operated by Odette Wood, a registered massage therapist (RMT) with Massage Aotearoa New Zealand (MANZ), and qualified pain therapist and member of the New Zealand Pain Society. The clinic provides two services:

Pain Management Coaching To assist people with chronic pain conditions to manage their pain and live well. You can find out more here;

Massage Therapy To assist with pain management, support an existing injury rehabilitation treatment programme, or support  those living with ongoing mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression, PTSD, severe stress) who may benefit from massage therapy to support other approaches.
